Whereas, it is expedient to revise the Criteria for VISTEC Scholarship Awards and Procedure of Fund Disbursement Request and provide the new operational rules appropriate for the current situation. By virtue of Article 4 of the Regulations of the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology on Accounting, Finance, Fund and Budget B.E. 2015, the President of VISTEC, with the approval of the Executive Committee, hereby issues this Announcement.
